Christon Gray Releases New Single 'See You Soon'

May 01 2020

Chart topper Christon Gray has released his brand new song 'See You Soon', a catchy and positive track about longing to see people you care about while we're all still at home isolating and social distancing. For many, the feeling can be difficult and this song is a reminder to stay strong and that it won't be long until we all see each other again.

The music video is current and highlights all of the things we're doing today; Zoom calls and FaceTime's, writing encouraging messages to your neighbors, spending time with our families. It's all positive and uplifting. The lyrics and instrumental match that sentiment perfectly.

Christon is one of the most popular and successful artists in the Christian CHR/Rhythmic market. When he signed to Kirk Franklin's RCA imprint in 2015, Franklin dubbed him, "the next Lauryn Hill". Hits like 'Open Door (See You Later)', 'Stop Me' and 'No Hesitation' have been mainstays on CHR/Rhythmic radio over the last couple of years. In fact, 'Stop Me' is one of the biggest crossover songs in CHR history, having been the theme song for Madden '19, Rampage (Warner Bros), and in commercials for HBO's 'Ballers', ABC's 'For Life', FOX's 'Lethal Weapon', the ESPY Awards, Honda and many many more.

His 2014 album 'School of Roses' and his 2016 LP 'The Glory Album' both peaked at #5 on the Billboard R&B chart, while also cracking the top 10 in Christian, Rap/Hip-Hop and other Billboard charts. After finishing up his time with RCA in 2018 by dropping the Billboard charting 'Clear The Heir', he felt it was time to start his own vision, much like Kirk had done. With that said, 'See You Soon' is being released on his own imprint, All Amour.
