Andrew Robinson Releasing Crowdfunded EP 'My House'
Andrew Robinson, a singer-songwriter based in Bedford, UK and originally from South Africa, is releasing his crowdfunded debut studio EP 'My House' on 15th May 2020. This project has enabled Andrew to take his acoustic singer-songwriter style and develop it into a fresh new sound, recording and producing the EP with the team at Lion House Productions in Sussex. The songs inspire, challenge and encourage the listeners to build their lives on God, listen to his voice and and step out in faith by not settling for a comfortable and mediocre existence.
Andrew writes and performs songs that honestly and passionately describe his journey of faith, with a depth of experience and vulnerability that reflects his struggles and triumphs with life, loss and love.
Andrew has been writing songs, performing and leading worship for the past 20 years, both in the UK and abroad. In 2003 he attended Nexus Academy of Music Ministry where he studied music, specialised in guitar and developed his song writing.
In 2017 Andrew released an acoustic EP entitled “Where The Light Shines” which featured on a number of radio stations and received positive reviews from Cross Rhythms and One Man In The Middle.
In 2019 Andrew released, “Burning Bright” and “Deeper”, two singles recorded and produced at Lion House Productions in Sussex, UK. Both songs featured on a number of prominent playlists and rose to number 7 and number 5 respectively in the AStepFwd UK Christian Music Chart. He was also nominated for the 2019 UK GX Artist of the Year in the Praise and Worship category.
