When I was in school my cookery teacher refused to let anyone use the word 'nice' (bare with me, this is going somewhere I promise). Whenever we did write-up's of projects or comparison taste tests we always had to refer to the poster on the door which contained about 30 other words we could use instead of 'nice'.
