It's very difficult to review compilation albums. They're usually albums with no flow between songs, a different artist every other song and most of the time there is no key message running through the album. But today we have In Christ Alone - Mission Worship on our plate to review.

This album is a double CD and contains a staggering 28 tracks, which is a wonderful amount of music from one album, with songs from Tim Hughes and Delirious? to Brenton Brown and Lou Fellingham. The vast selection on this album has an amazing set of modern styles of worship. On this album there are songs that deal with injustice to songs that help us express our faith in the midst of struggles. There is now an understanding that worship should lead not only to our own transformation, but to the building of the Kingdom itself. That is what this album does perfectly.
This Mission Worship series will grow and grow as they will be releasing another album in four months time, with this being such a large double album I wonder what they going to bring out of the bag next. As a compilation and selection of amazing worship songs, you can't go wrong with this album. It has an array of styles and taste of worship music. I am more than positive you will find a few tracks you can use to draw you closer to a time of worship with God.
