"We are grateful to be able to partner with Worship Together to bring you our new ‘Cafe Sessions’ EP! These are some of our favorite moments over the years, stripped back and reimagined for this season", explains Jesus Culture.

It will not take you too long to imagine what the sound of this EP will be like when you know the title is called 'Café Sessions', and you would be correct in thinking it's an acoustic album. Sometimes acoustic sounding albums can feel a bit repetitive, yet here we have an album that flows beautifully and each song and it's character and theme comes out. This might be because we already know the songs well and maybe it might be because of the number of different vocalists, what I do know is there are some stunning songs here that are given space to grow into wonderful times of worship.

I think an acoustic album can really draw out the vocalist stronger than on studio recordings and on an EP like this the unique vocals of Kim Walker Smith and Katie Torwalt really shine. This is the kind of album you put on and let it wash over you, put this on while washing the dishes, sitting in a room where you can reflect, but make space for these songs to be used in your personal time of worship while reading the word. Jesus Culture seem to pop up with the right album at the right time and this Case Sessions seems to have been released at the right time.
