Heatherlyn has honed the soulful, lyrical, rock and roots vibe that infuse her music through a series of albums, EPs (including 2019’s excellent ‘Being Breathed’) and writing collaborations. Throughout the lockdown and the ensuing, ongoing re-set of the world, Heatherlyn has been busy online with live weekly concerts via her Heatherlynmusic Facebook page, her ‘Storydwelling’ talk-show, as well as guesting on other podcasts, events and online gatherings - sharing her passion that love is a powerful force of hope and healing, and that music is a uniquely powerful expression of love.

Heatherlyn, Ben Grace and Steve Bassett are all part of NINE BEATS COLLECTIVE - an international collective of musicians, troubadours, poets, writers, rebels, provocateurs, and activists exploring the ancient Bible wisdom known as “the beatitudes”.

'When Dies The Day' starts as a soft and reflective song that builds to life when you hear the powerful voice of Heatherlyn. 'River' has a bit more of a beat to it and even some funky, yet folky, sounds that really captivate the listener. But it's the ballad of 'Paper Boat' where this EP takes a whole new level. This song is soft and so lovely, but here we also see a different dynamic, vocally, that shows the versatility of the vocalist. The same could be said about 'Grace, O Grace' which again is a stunning ballad.

From upbeat tracks to soft harmonies and ballads, Heatherlyn has the vocals in her locker to really convey the message she is trying to get across. She makes the listener feel part of the song, but also makes you feel like she is with you every step of the way.
