MercyMe To Release 'The Generous Mr Lovewell' In May
MercyMe will release their brand new album 'The Generous Mr Lovewell' on 4th May on INO Records. The band are hitting the road this week in the USA to visit multiple radio stations all across the country to premiere the first single from that album, 'All of Creation'.
The band has a 'divide and conquer' approach to this promo tour, with band members Bart and Barry hitting the West coast, Jim and Nathan the East Coast, and Robby and Mike the midwest.
Describing MercyMe's latest album, a statement said: "The heartfelt music of this popular group has earned them wide respect and a loyal following. Last year the band were named as the Christian songs artist of the decade by Billboard magazine. To date they have had 22 number one songs in the US and six of their songs ranked in the top 50 songs of the decade. MercyMe will be joining David Crowder*Band to headline the second annual 'Rock and Worship Roadshow' Tour 2010, a major 25-date US tour kicking off in March.
