'In Christ Alone' New Worship Compilation Series From Mission Worship

Feb 08 2010

The first Mission Worship compilation album, 'In Christ Alone' will be released on 15th March. The double CD album, featuring 28 top worship songs, is designed to be the first in a new series of compilation albums. Says Kingsway, "We'll be releasing one of these stunning Mission Worship albums every four months. The Mission Worship series will grow and grow, bringing even more songs of substance to the church."

Named after Stuart Townend's classic modern hymn, 'In Christ Alone' is said to include "28 of the greatest worship songs refreshing the church today. From songs that send us out - like Tim Hughes' 'God Of Justice' and Delirious?'s 'HistoryMaker' - to songs that express faith in the midst of struggles - like Matt Redman's 'Blessed Be Your Name', Tim's 'Whole World In His Hands' and 'God Of Our Yesterdays', sung by the incomparable Chris McClarney. Stuart Townend's 'Creation King' and 'Behold The Lamb' - as well as the title track - bring songs of substance to the table, while Aaron Keyes delivers trademark Biblical truth and sensitivity with the track 'Blessing And Honour'. Brenton Brown, Lou Fellingham, Ben Cantelon... they all add to the strongest album we could possibly make."
