The Our God compilation from Mission Worship has just been release as a new double CD album with tracks from artists on both sides of the Atlantic. This is the fourth album in the Mission Worship series and as you might expect, includes some of the most well known UK songwriters as well as some from America. The list includes Stuart Townend, Graham Kendrick, Matt Redman, Tim Hughes and Delirious? from the UK, and Aaron Keyes, Chris McClarney, Michelle Tumes, Christine Dente and Kelly Minter.

What is also good to see is alongside the established worship leaders and songwriters are relative newcomers like Rend Collective Experiment , Marc James and Aaron Keyes. To be fair there is a good variety of songwriters on this album so there is something on this album you are bound to enjoy worshiping to.
I think that's where this album excels compared to some other compilations, one moment you could be listening to soft piano song Compassion Hymn by Stuart Townend, then on the same album you could rocking out to Faithful by Rend Collective Experiment or Like Jesus by the very talented Aaron Keyes. This compilation has a varied and wide range of styles, with something for everyone.
I'm sure if you get this album, your three standout tracks will be very different to mine, but for me those three are great songs and I could listen to them again and again> But don't forget this album also has the amazing Refuge by Cathy Burton, the big and powerful Delirious? anthem My Glorious and the heartfelt song Glory Be To God by Kelly Minter. This is one compilation album worth checking out.
