Echoes Blue Music is proud to be partnering with Eric Todd to release a companion album to his new book, The Fullness of Love.

The album features nine stunning tracks from Christian artists whose music is both inspired by ancient musical traditions yet is simultaneously at the forefront of Christian music expression in 2022 - including Salt of the Sound, Eliza King, and Rising Violet. Todd’s stated intention with The Fullness of Love is to call out to a world in need of grace, to promote a love forward future for everyone: “It’s time to know deeper, not more, as freedom is found in the unkowing mysteries of God and the teachings of Christ.”

As a collection of songs this is a really beautiful album. As you might have gathered from the previous paragraphs, this is an album with songs that are for being reflective while reading this new book from Eric Todd, and these songs are perfect for that. What is most enjoyable about this EP is as much as each song fits into the 'atmopsheric' genre, they all had their own style and approach to that genre of music, yet all working in partnership to make a creative and reflective effort.

One track that stands out is 'The Love Which Moves the Sun & Other Stars', which sounds like it should belong in a big Hollywood movie - it oozes that theatrical quality that all good soundtracks need. Then there are gorgeous takes on classic hymns, like 'When I Survey' from Salt Of The Sound and 'Be Thou My Vision' from Rising Violet.

With most various artists releases, they don't flow well as an album, yet this release is a lovely exception, this is a strong collection of songs from many different artists, working together to make a reflective album that works as a whole from start to finish.
