Jonathan Ogden Releases 'Future Forever' Album

Nov 01 2022

Jonathan Ogden has released his first full length album 'Future Forever', available now on all streaming platforms.

"It’s been a year and a half in the making", he explains. "Even though I’ve been doing solo music for 6 years now, and releasing singles, EPs and concept projects along the way, this is, in some ways my first full-length album!

Future Forever is a forward-looking album: songs that look ahead to the return of Jesus, the new heaven, the new earth, and the restoration of all things. But also an album anchored in the present: embracing the hope we feel now because of the coming Kingdom, while recognising the ache of living in a world still yet-to-be fully restored.

Despite being a solo project, this is a collaborative album with vocal features from John Mark Pantana, Darla Baltazar, Molly Parden and Taylor Armstrong, as well as many guest producers helping out on the songs: Max Gaver (OLY), Sam Ock, Sammie Lee, David Cho (Beloved), David Michon, Jimmy James and Tim Gosden doing the final mastering.

The cover art takes inspiration from Revelation 4:3 “And he who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald.”"
