Feb 14 2023

GRAMMY, ACM and CMA winning Shenandoah'sRevival" impacts country radio today. This single marks the first release from Shenandoah on 8 Track Entertainment/Fame Records. Written by noted songwriters Tyler Hubbard, Brian Kelley, Corey Crowder, and Joshua Miller, and produced by Grammy Award-winner, Noah Gordon, the spirit-filled new single teases Shenandoah’s upcoming album scheduled for release later this year.

People.com exclusively premiered the music video to “Revival" with Tricia Despres writing, “Luckily that infectious spirit is now forever captured in the music video." MusicRow's Robert K. Oermann remarked, "The band is as tight as ever, and Marty’s still one of our finest country singers. The peppy, FGL-penned tune is a catchy toe-tapper with faux-gospel flavor that describes country buddies reuniting and reminiscing. I’ll bet audiences clap along when they hear this live.”

“To say that we are excited about our new song, 'Revival,' would be an understatement,” remarked Raybon. “The lyric of coming together and the tempo of what’s called ‘Four on the Floor’ makes the chorus’s drive. It truly feels like another 'Church On Cumberland Road' or 'Two Dozen Roses.' The crowd reaction playing it live sure makes it feel like a hit.”

Multi-platinum Grammy, ACM and CMA Award-Winning group Shenandoah has charted 26 singles on the Billboard Hot Country charts, including #1 hits "The Church on Cumberland Road," "Sunday in the South" and "Two Dozen Roses" from 1989, "Next to You, Next to Me" from 1990, and "If Bubba Can Dance (I Can Too)" from 1994. The single "Somewhere in the Vicinity of the Heart," which featured guest vocals from Alison Krauss, won both artists a GRAMMY Award for "Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal" and CMA Vocal Event of the Year. To date, Shenandoah has sold millions of albums worldwide and has amassed over 300 million on-demand streams. The legendary group will continue their 35th Anniversary tour in 2023.
