Dweeb Release New Album 'Feels Like Dynamite'

UK based rockers [dweeb] release their new album 'Feels Like Dynamite' today, 10th May 2010. The band celebrated the release at a special album launch show at The Ultimate Event, held at Alton Towers on Saturday. [dweeb] have now kicked off their 'The Feels Like Dynamite Album Tour', hitting the road with a jam packed tour of more than 30 dates across the UK and Europe.

'Feels Like Dynamite' is the follow up to their first full-length album 'It Came From Outer Space!' (2007). [dweeb] recently signed to Fierce!, who have said of the band, "There's nobody from the UK scene who can quite match them for energy, for antics or for left-field hooks". The band are made up of Tim Alford (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), 'The Badgerman' (lead guitar and backing vocals), Matt Donald (bass guitar and backing vocals) and Dave Ashworth (drums).

The album features the new single from [dweeb], 'It's OK' which will be released on 12th June. Following a string of tour dates in the UK throughout May and June, the band will also be visiting Spain, Sweden and Slovakia. They will also be appearing at several summer festivals, including Frenzy Festival in Edinburgh, Summer Madness in Belfast and Soul Survivor in Shepton Mallet. (See full tour dates below)
