Louder Than The Music

Kingsway Music will release the second album in the new Mission Worship compilation series on 19th July. 'Beautiful One' is a 23 track double CD album featuring music from artists such as Tim Hughes, Graham Kendrick, Delirious?, Brenton Brown, Godfrey Birtill and Rend Collective Experiment.

Kingsway say the album "underlines just how healthy the current state of worship is these days. And, what’s more, it goes to underline just how loud the voices are of those songwriters and worship leaders who are part of the Kingsway family. We call them artists of excellence, and we’re always going on about their songs of substance. How come? Because we know it to be true, and one glance at the track list of this 23-strong double CD backs up those claims all the way. The range of songwriters represented on Beautiful One: Mission Worship is a perfect sample of the depth and range currently influencing the church worldwide."

The Mission Worship series was launched with the first album 'In Christ Alone' in March 2010, with Kingsway planning to release a new compilation every four months. Kingsway’s songs are sung in more than 300,000 churches worldwide accounting for over 30% of CCLI's (Church Copyright Licensing International) bestseller list. As the music arm of David C Cook, a nonprofit organisation located in Colorado Springs, USA, the monies that Kingsway and Cook make are used to provide discipleship and music materials free of charge to church leaders in developing parts of the world who wouldn’t be able to get them any other way.
