Michael W Smith To Release New Album 'Wonder' In September
Grammy Award-winning American singer/songwriter Michael W Smith will release his new album, 'Wonder' on 28th September 2010. The first single from the album goes to US radio on 25th June. Michael has been in the studio working on the album since January, in amongst touring commitments, and will put the finishing touches in the studio today, 15th June.
Michael's career has seen him win three Grammy Awards and 40 Dove Awards, selling over 13 million albums and recording 29 number one songs. He has achieved fourteen gold albums and five platinum albums. 'Wonder' will be his first release since 2008's 'A New Hallelujah' live album, which was his twenty-second album overall and his fourth live album.
Later this year Michael will be joining up with TobyMac, Third Day and New York Times best-selling author Max Lucado for the World Vision sponsored 'Make A Difference Tour 2010'. The 20 date tour kicks off on 30th September in Youngstown, Ohio and continuing until the end of October.
