Oct 17 2011

Hillsong will release their new Christmas EP, 'Born Is The King' on 8th November 2011. The eight track studio recording includes new songs 'Emmanuel', written by Reuben Morgan, and 'Born Is The King (It's Christmas)', written by Matt Crocker and Scott Ligertwood, plus traditional favourites including 'Come Let Us Adore Him' and 'Joy To The World'.

Known for worldwide worship anthems including 'Mighty To Save', 'From The Inside Out' and 'Shout To The Lord', Hillsong launch the US leg of its 'God Is Able Tour' on 18th November in Minneapolis. The tour travels to 13 cities for worship nights in churches, theaters and arenas before wrapping up on 6th December 6 in San Diego, California.

Hillsong released its latest live album 'God Is Able' in July featuring 11 brand new songs led by Hillsong worship team members Reuben Morgan, Joel Houston, Ben Fielding, Darlene Zschech and Hillsong United, as well as international teams from London, Stockholm and Cape Town.

"We are continually reminded just how true those words are: God is able - able to save, able to heal, able to rescue from the fiercest storms and highest floods," says Hillsong's Reuben Morgan, co-writer of the song 'Mighty To Save', sung by an estimated 40 million people in church each week. "There are so many times when we are in situations beyond our control, and there's something revolutionary about being able to say or sing, our God is able, In His name we overcome, for the Lord our God is able."
