Yemi Ayeni Releasing 'Christ Out Of Christmas' Single

Nov 01 2018

London singer/songwriter, youth minister and choir worship leader Yemi Ayeni is releasing a Christmas single on 6th November called 'Christ Out of Christmas'. The song is a 'message driven' jazz number to draw attention to the importance behind the festivities as it draws near.

With the release of this single, Yemi hopes to draw more attention to the world’s denial and rejection of Christ during this season, and is giving a clarion call to action to the Church to defend our faith. An original piece, with warm vocals and skilled guitar strings, ‘Christ Out Of Christmas’, sends its message, accompanied by the classic hymn medley, ‘Hark the Herald’, reminding us why we celebrate.

Yemi released her first EP 'Halleluyah Praise Him' 6 years ago after battling a debilitating disease for 10 years. The six-song EP includes the track 'Put a song in my heart' (see video below).
