International rock group Switchfoot have released a live EP titled 'Live from The NATIVE TONGUE Tour'. It’s nice to have any live EP but this one is very much on Switchfoot's terms. As ever with this band they do things their own way and this Live EP is no different. It has been recorded in its most rawest form, yet this really doesn’t let the quality of the EP drop. You can hear in Jon's voice this is him being honest and raw and giving 100%, as he always does live.

Switchfoot live are a force to be reckoned with. Anybody who has seen them live will I’m sure agree. So it’s great to have some live Switchfoot music from songs from their latest album Native Tongue. Having the songs from their latest album as a little EP is a lovely treat for fans of the band and I'm surprised how quickly this has come out, but surprised in a good way.
Hearing these songs live in this way is a real treat. It has made me want to go and see Switchfoot live as soon as I can. I’m sure you will feel the same when you hear this EP and can I add, for me, 'Let It Happen' is Switchfoot's best track ever - and hearing it live is truly amazing.
Switchfoot are better when seen live, so this collection, even if it's just a small set of tracks, is well worth checking out. Raw, exciting and honest - everything you want from a Switchfoot gig.
