Irish Singer/Songwriter Angela Mahon Releases 'Towards The Light' EP
Irish Contemporary Christian Singer/Songwriter Angela Mahon has released her fresh new 5-song EP of heartfelt inspirational worship songs titled 'Towards the Light'. Engineered and mixed by Grammy Award winning Producer Dom Morley, the EP features the single 'Break Free' that Angela released last year.
Angela is making musical waves with her soothing, warm singing voice. Her vocals have been compared with Christy Nockels and JJ Heller. Angela's fans have described her songs as being honest, heartfelt and a voice that brings light and sunshine into the heart and soul.
The 'Towards the Light' EP tells the personal and autobiographical story of Angela's conversion journey. Living a miserable hell is how she describes the darkness that once consumed her every thought. Completely lost and depressed, with no sense of identity or self worth, things got worse when she fell into hard times with an injury to her back that left her ill for two years and in terrible anguish and distress.
The EP's title track 'Towards the Light' explores the new direction of Angela's life, the joy of being led by the Holy Spirit, living a life free from darkness, depression and with a new sense of identity as a child of God. She gained strength on the journey by allowing the perfect love of Jesus to drive out her fears.
